Boxing Coach Joe Vargas has a nice drill you can do using a hula hoop or any circle on the ground. Simply use your footwork to circle and step into range while throwing your punch combinations.

What’s up, guys? Here’s another drill you guys can do at home. You can use a hula hoop, a water hose, a piece of rope in a circular. What you do is when you’re outside the circle, your feet are going to be parallel. You’re shadow boxing with your hands up. And when you line up in your stance, you gain your stance you’re in, and then you’re out. Switch your angles. In, out. These are some of the drills you can work at home for foot movement and angles in general.
