While Danyelle Wolf was training with Boxing Coach Basheer Abdullah for the Olympics, Fox 5 News came by to film a promo on women’s empowerment to be aired during the FIFA Women’s World Cup.

My name is Alex. I’m here with Fox 5 News, San Diego, and what we’re doing today is we’re taking over The Arena Gym to produce a promo commercial for the upcoming Women’s World Cup for FIFA.
We’ve asked Danyelle Wolf to see if she could be one of the three local figures that we highlight in this spot. So, we tapped into Melissa Moreno, who’s a Sweetwater Teacher of the Year recipient, Shelley Zimmerman, who’s the former police chief and Danyelle Wolf, who is a three time boxing women’s champion. We’re really excited to be here and showcase her as one of the top athletes here in San Diego.
