Accelerated Training

Tyler Meade

Training at The Arena has been nothing but amazing. It brought my game to the next level. The advantages from working on a one-on-one basis here is that when you're learning, and you have questions, you can ask. They're answered immediately and in detail. This attention really gets to the root of any issues you may have that might hold you back in your progression in the sport.

Boxing

This is our home. I love it here. Everyone trains hard and is dedicated to perfecting their craft and I like to be surrounded by that. The boxing team is really strong. We have a solid stable of Pros. A solid stable of Amateur fighters. It's good because you all push each other and you all bring the best out of each other. I think we've got something really special here.

They push here, that's what counts. Everybody works together, everybody compliments each other very well at The Arena. They’re all great fighters and they all come here every day and work hard. That's the beauty about training here. They promote us well too. A lot of gyms don't promote their fighters, but The Arena wants us to be known. It's just a great environment for us to be in.

Filipino Martial Arts (FMA)

Henry Tchag

I've been at The Arena since day one. It’s the best gym for martial arts, hands down. The instructors are top notch and world renowned. You're not going to find guys like this anywhere else that are this far ahead of the game, this cutting edge. The vibe is really laid back. The instructors are really approachable. Ask your questions and they're addressed. You're going to learn here.

Jiu Jitsu

Sergio Hernandez

I've been training with Baret since the very beginning. So when he came to The Arena, I was here right away. It's been great. We all came together and formed a really strong team. Everyone's pushing each other to be better and compete and just be more dedicated to the Art of Jiu Jitsu. It's such a good vibe. I encourage everybody to come out here and train with us.

Judo

Koji Fukumoto

We learn a lot here. Traditional Kodokan Judo to Self Defense training. The Arena is definitely one of the best Judo Dojos in town. The mat here is really, really high end, so when you get slammed, you can take impact without getting injured. We train hard to represent The Arena. We're doing a really good job. It's one of the greatest gyms around.

Kickboxing

James Ewton

I've been training here for seven years. I really like the way they put classes together. I feel their method of teaching is the best way to do it. You learn how to be offensive and defensive at the same time in a real world environment. There's absolutely everything you need to train here, whether you want to learn, you just want to stay in shape or you’re looking to fight.

The atmosphere here is really good. You can feel the positive energy that everybody brings together. We've all got different backgrounds, different cultures. But we’re all trying to succeed and become the best. Everybody just comes in and works and there are so many great coaches at The Arena. It all comes together where everybody can come in and get great training.

I first came to The Arena when I was getting ready for a fight. Everybody here made me feel really welcome. Ever since then, I haven't looked back. I trust these guys to get me ready. I'm huge on professionalism. They're structured at this place. All the instructors are always here, they're always on time, they're squared away, they know what they're doing. I love training here.

Strength & Conditioning

Aaron Kahn

What's great about The Arena is the Strength & Conditioning classes, the heavy lifting, as well as the advice I can get on dietary needs or just anything I have questions with for overall training. People have all different strength and skill levels from beginners to intermediate to very advanced. It's a big family and we try and help each other reach whatever goals we are interested in achieving.

At The Arena, everybody's super friendly. Any time you need help they’re always willing. You have great training partners here and everybody's trying to get better. A lot of high-level guys here, so you can't go wrong. The facility is great and they have a lot of different classes. Whatever you want to learn, The Arena has it. Take advantage of it because the pricing is very affordable.

Wrestling

Alex Trinidad

What brought me here is that it's not a cardio gym. It's learn to fight. The instructors are the best. They're Pros in everything they do and have an unlimited amount of knowledge in everything they teach. It's also a giant family. Everybody's here to push each other. That's why we're one of the best gyms. It's great to be on the team, beat each other up and laugh at the end about it.
