ADVANCED COMBAT SPORTS INSTRUCTION
Welcome to our Accelerated Training Program (ATP), designed to be the ultimate in Private Training. It’s been created by some of the best coaches in Combat Sports, using the latest advances in sports training and science to rapidly increase new skill acquisition and development, as well as increased fitness and health.
Offering the best one-on-one lessons in Striking, Grappling and Strength & Conditioning, ATP will help you accelerate your learning timeline dramatically, moving quickly past others who only participate in group classes.
Boxing, Kickboxing and Muay Thai are all privately taught in our Advanced Training program. Whether regular student, Amateur or Pro, we provide world class training designed to get you where you need to be.
In all the Combat Sports we teach, we focus on establishing proper fundamentals and correct body mechanics as the base we build upon, whether throwing punches, kicks, knees or elbows. From there, we focus on developing coordination and power using maximum efficiency, while working on more advanced combinations and technique.
Jiu Jitsu, Judo and Wrestling are the primary sports we focus on in our Advanced Training program for grappling, although we also offer private training in MMA for current Mixed Martial Arts competitors or those who intend on competing.
As with our Striking programs, we place a strong emphasis on proper fundamentals as the foundation on which intermediate and advanced skills are taught. Once an athlete demonstrates clear proficiency in these fundamentals, we work on developing all aspects of their game required to succeed at any level.
Fitness is a huge part of Combat Sports, which is why we offer private training in Strength & Conditioning. Whether your goals are increased speed, strength, power or endurance, we use the same proven programs we’ve created for our top fighters that have allowed them to succeed at high levels of professional competition.
We utilize numerous training methodologies, whether functional movement patterns or sports specific, to get you to where you want to be as rapidly as possible. We also provide specific dietary assistance and weight cutting strategies if desired.
